The EFT Script for getting Grounded:

“Even though I don't feel grounded,

that's okay.

Even though I wish I was grounded,

that's okay too.

I really don't like this feeling.

Scattered, distracted & unable to focus.

Agitated,

helpless,

anxious,

all these feelings.

I really don't like it,

and that's okay. 

So all these feelings,

and all these images,

all these feelings,

and all these images,

all these feelings,

and all these images.

All this agitation,

and all this scatteredness.

All this agitation,

and all this scatteredness.

I don't like this feeling,

it doesn't feel good inside,

and the more I try and get rid of it,

the worse it seems to get.

So it's safe now to take a deep breath,

and let some of this tension go.

So all these feelings,

and all these images,

all this agitation,

and all this feeling of being ungrounded.

It's okay to feel these things,

and it's safe now to take a deep breath,

it's okay to feel these things,

and it's safe to take another deep breath,

Any tension in my belly,

and any tension in my solar plexus,

it's safe now to take a breath,

and let that tension go. 

Allowing my belly to let go.

it's okay now to relax my belly,

and it's okay to let it go.

All this tension 

in my shoulders and in my head,

I release and let it go. 

All this tension in my shoulders,

it's okay to let it go.

It's safe to take another breath,

and let all this tension go.

All this tension in my chest,

I release and let it go.

And any emotions that may be stuck in my body,

and stuck in my neck,

I choose to let them go now.

Any emotions that may be stuck in my chest,

it's safe to let them go.

Even if I don't want to let them go,

that's okay too.

There's no pressure to let them go.

And it's safe now to take a deep breath,

and let any remaining tension go, 

from my body from my mind.”
