Physical body stagnation =

not enough movement + too much food =

Body stiff and obese

Mental stagnation =

lack of mental stimulation, autonomy and creativity =

mind becomes dull and narrow

Spiritual stagnation =

lack of feeling, intuition, stillness and contemplation =

Spirit becomes desensitised and lost

How to clear stagnation?

Body -

Move more, find a movement that is fun to you (eg. Dance, martial arts etc.), eat less

Mental -

Read different books, hang out with people smarter than you, travel more, work a career that promotes problem solving, adaptability and skill development

Spirit -

Spend time alone, slow down, meditate without having a goal in mind, ask big questions to yourself, develop a relationship with God/universe.
